I just purchased a great townhouse close to work and all the major shopping areas. It's a two story with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths all recently remodeled except for the kitchen. When I moved in it had the original 1977 appliances. I have already replaced the fridge and stove and will soon be laying tile in the kitchen. Here are the pics. They are sort of what I call before pics.

The original stove now sitting on the back patio.

Incidentally the large covered patio is one of the reasons I chose the place.

The huge kitchen, it's a mess but it's a work in progress!

I put in the stove, fridge, and microwave. That microwave was heavy! The new tile will be Verona White, a white tile with light gray marbling. I am not sure what I will be doing with the cabinets, refacing, painting or stripping the stain to lighten them. THEY ARE UGLY NOW! Notice the overhead lighting, it's not on in the picture, but it it has four fluorescent bulbs that fill the room with light. Also the island is completely freestanding. It slides around the floor without much trouble(not sure that's a good thing though!)

Here is the front of the my house, I have the corner which means less noise and a much bigger yard, also more windows.

Notice the wonderful pink, UGH! I guess you can't have everything. You can also see that the front yard is very park like. 30 year old pine trees dominate the complex. There are also olive and mulberry amongst the many varieties. The grounds are another reason I chose this location.

That's it for now I'll be updating as I get more pictures scanned in and some of the projects finished. That tile has been sitting around for a month!
